Always hungry to do meaningful work. That is how I started my journey in the world of work 20 years ago. I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to matter.
From a global childhood to a diverse career marked by experience ranging from family business to corporate boardrooms, I have overcome failure, physical pain, rejection and unemployment to bring you a message: Your life has purpose and meaning!
My purpose is to help you overcome the challenges to unleashing your potential and craft meaning in your life and business.
It is all about helping individuals and organisations align identity, purpose and meaning in order to prosper.
I want to help you convert your challenges into opportunities for growth on a continual journey that progressively brings more life rather than get stuck in survival. I want to give you the benefit of my hard-won experience so that you can grow faster and without unnecessary pain. Let’s work on a life and business strategy together.
I specifically work well with open-minded leaders that know the old systems of command and control are outdated and are busy building new ones. I have personally gone through multiple life transformational events and processes. When I coach as a transformational leadership coach it comes from a place of experience, not theory. I have faced months without income as entrepreneur and overcome debilitating physical pain with Divine intervention.
Along with this I have invested thousands of hours to train and practice as life and business coach. I have helped divorcee’s regain life and career focus. I have supported startup founders redefine a life strategy and make critical business decisions. I have helped entrepreneurs translate their purpose into action.
